When choosing a harness, please be aware that the harness finder is advisory only. You remain responsible for checking the suitability against your vehicle's specifics.
Most major credit/debit cards are accepted. When you have entered your details just click on "Send Order" in the navigator bar to the right of your screen, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
All orders for components are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days, wiring harnesses may have to be manufactured, which currently can take up to 10 weeks following receipt of your payment.
Please check your order carefully, all shortages or damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us if you have not received your order within 28 days of your shipment notification.
Prices shown (including postage charges) are subject to change without notice.
Quotations: Where quotations are issued, the prices of the parts and shipping will be honoured for up to 7 days, after which prices are subject to alteration.
Delivery Address: Please carefully check the delivery address at checkout. If incorrect, please advise us by email sales@autosparks.co.uk within 24 hours of ordering. If the carrier is unable to deliver due to you providing incorrect or incomplete address details, then you will be liable for any charges or costs incurred.
Shipping And Handling: Carriage charge is calculated on the weight and value of your order and will be displayed clearly at checkout.
Tax & Import Charges: Orders sent to UK (or collected from our site) include 20% VAT. When sending to a VAT exempt country VAT will be deducted at checkout. Import and customs charges are the customer's responsibility.
Remittance Terms: Full payment with order.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled up to 14 days after order by emailing sales@autosparks.co.uk. The exception to this is modified or bespoke harnesses once work has been commenced and cable once it has been cut to length.
Returns: We understand that there may be times that you need to return something to us. Our team will be happy to discuss this with you, please contact us with your order number on sales@autosparks.co.uk
- Within 14 days: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulation, you are entitled to a 14 day “cooling off” period, whereby you may cancel your order at any time up to the 14th day after receiving your order. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14-day period runs from when you get the last of the batch.
- After 15-90 days: returns after the initial 14-day period are taken on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us to discuss. Refunds will be subject to a handling fee to cover admin costs, which is 15% of the order cost or £10, whichever is greater.
- 91+ days: parts are not eligible for return over 90 days after receipt.
The exception to this is modified or bespoke harnesses once work has been commenced and cut to order items such as cable. Returned parts must be unused and in a resaleable condition.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked postage method for all returns. Return postage and packaging costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued after the part is received and checked by our quality team and will be sent to the original payment method, which may take 5-7 working days to show in your account.
Where working days are stated these are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
